Ultimate E3 2018 Pre-Order Guide:

The annual E3 gaming expo was kicked off on June 9th with press conferences from some of the biggest names in gaming, like Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, and four other game developers. As always, there were lots of games, trailers, release dates, news, and more announced. It can be hard to keep up with everything that was announced, so I decided to put together the ultimate E3 2018 pre-order guide! Let’s get started.

EA Press Conference

EA kicked off their press conference first on Saturday, June 9th at 11 am PT. As usual, they announced various news regarding all of their sports games like NBA Live 19, Madden NFL 19, and FIFA 19. They also announced a battle royale mode for Battlefield V, showed Anthem gameplay, announced new Battlefront II content and showed off Sea of Solitude. Below are all of the games that EA mentioned in their conference that are available for pre-order.

Microsoft Press Conference

Microsoft kicked off their press conference on Sunday, June 10th at 1 pm PT. A whole lot happened in this conference, and because of that, I’ll just touch on the high points. We finally saw a glimpse of Halo Infinite and Gears of War 5 which were both officially announced. Fallout 76 was shown off along with Cyberpunk 2077. Just Cause 4, Devil May Cry 5, Dying Light 2, and more games were also revealed at the conference. You can read a full recap from IGN right here.

Bethesda

Bethesda kicked off their press conference Sunday, June 10th at 6:30 pm PT. They, of course, showed off a ton of stuff from Fallout 76 and Rage 2. They showed off some new content for Wolfenstein and Prey and teased The Elder Scrolls VI. The ended by showing off a “next-gen” title that they have been working on which they are calling Starfield. Square Enix

Square Enix kicked off their press conference Monday, June 11th at 10 am PT. They showed off Just Cause 4 and Kingdom Hearts 3. The also showed off more of Shadow of the Tomb Raider and announced a new game called The Quiet Man. You can read a full recap from Gamespot right here.

Ubisoft

Sony

Sony kicked off their press conference Monday, June 11th at 6 pm PT. During the Sony conference, The Last of Us 2 was officially revealed. Nintendo

Nintendo kicked off the final press conference Tuesday, June 12th and 9 am PT. Most of Nintendo’s conference was dedicated to Super Smash Ultimate, which was no surprise. They also launched Fortnite on the Switch and revealed Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Super Mario Party. You can read a full recap from IGN right here.
